Yes. While we mainly operate from Latvia, we welcome users from any EU country. If you’re outside the EU, you can still browse listings, but check local regulations for shipping or selling restrictions.
1.3 How does eu-marketplace.com work?
- Create an Account – Sign up with basic details.
- Post Your Ad – Add images, descriptions, and pricing for your product or service.
- Get Offers – Potential buyers will contact you through our internal messaging system.
- Sell Your Item – Once you’ve agreed on terms and price, finalize the deal and arrange payment or delivery.
2.1 How do I register?
- Click on the Register button at the top of the page.
- Provide your name, email address, and a secure password.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your account.
2.2 Is there an age requirement to register?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
2.3 Can I change my account details later?
Absolutely. Go to My Account to update your profile, email address, or password at any time.
2.4 What if I forget my password?
Click on the Forgot Password? link at the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
3.1 How do I post an ad?
- Log in to your account.
- Click Post Ad or Create Listing.
- Fill in the required details such as title, description, price, and category.
- Upload images if available.
- Submit and your ad will appear once it’s approved (if applicable).
3.2 Does it cost money to post an ad?
We offer both free and premium (paid) listing options. During our initial launch, most plans are free. Check our Membership Plans page for current pricing and offers.
3.3 How long does an ad stay active?
The default duration is typically 30 days, but this can vary based on your chosen plan. You can renew or extend your listing before it expires.
3.4 Can I edit or delete my ad?
Yes. Go to My Account > My Listings, then select the ad you want to edit or remove.
4.1 How do I report suspicious activity or a scam?
Use our Report button within the listing or message thread to alert our support team. You can also email us directly at [email protected] with details.
